Its 64 oz (2 liter) capacity pairs with the Wave-Action® System to continually circulate ingredients through the stainless steel blade, driven by a powerful 3Hp motor. Quiet-Blend™ technology works with the removable polycarbonate Quiet Shield™ to help maintain a professional atmosphere during service.
