An HD stainless steel blade handles ice shaving with dependable results, while the included base, ice chute, and 2-piece hopper with lid simplify setup. A 64 oz. polycarbonate container organizes batches, and leveling feet help keep the unit steady for clean, consistent service.
Built for consistent output, the HBS1400R uses dual motors—a 3 HP blender motor and a 1/4 HP shaver motor—running on 120v/60/1-ph, 15 amps. With simple touchpad portioning, operators and facility managers can keep servings uniform across shifts. This Revolution Ice Shaver is cULus and NSF listed and includes the Express Care Service Program.
