The Hobart 84186-1 food cutter streamlines batch prep with precise, repeatable results. Its 18" stainless steel bowl rotates at 20 RPM while double stainless steel knives run at 1725 RPM to quickly chop, mix, and emulsify. Use it to maintain consistent textures from one batch to the next.
Power through vegetables for relishes and salsas, blend pâtés and spreads, or process sausage mixtures and bread crumbs in busy kitchens and commissaries. A push/pull on/off switch simplifies operation, and the bowl cover with safety interlock supports safe, efficient workflows during peak service.
A one-piece burnished aluminum housing and 3" legs promote stability and easy cleaning access. The #12 attachment hub expands capability with compatible add-ons, while the 1 HP motor runs on 115v/60/1-ph power via a 6' cord and plug—ready for fast installation.
