Operators streamline training and uptime with touch screen controls featuring on-board diagnostics, guided troubleshooting, and SmartConnect app connectivity. Capless wash arms simplify cleaning and reassembly, and insulated hinged doors provide durable access for routine service.
Switch to NSF Pot & Pan mode to tackle tough cookware, and rely on the pumped rinse for consistent final rinsing. The unit meets cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® requirements for professional kitchens. To ease deployment, Hobart provides free factory startup for installations within 100 miles of a Hobart service office; jobs beyond 100 miles are billed at the quoted local rate.
