Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Hobart CL76C-DWR+BUILDUP conveyor dishwasher processes up to 245 racks per hour while using just 0.47 gallon per rack. Its single-tank design with a corner scrapper supports corner layouts and keeps warewashing traffic moving efficiently from prep to service.
Maximize control and oversight with touch screen controls featuring diagnostics, troubleshooting, and SmartConnect App connectivity. The system includes Drain Water Energy Recovery with a factory-installed drain water tempering kit to support efficient operation and discharge management.
Pumped rinse, capless wash arms, and an NSF Pot & Pan mode handle everything from everyday wares to heavy-soil cookware. Insulated hinged doors and Complete Delime with Booster Guard support routine maintenance. Free factory startup is available within a 100 mile radius of a Hobart service office; installation beyond 100 miles will be charged at the quoted rate by the local Hobart service office.
