Product Description
The Hobart CL86C-DWR+BUILDUP conveyor dishwasher powers through peak service with up to 342 racks per hour while using just 0.33 gallon per rack. Its two-tank, corner scrapper configuration supports organized flow from pre-scrap to final rinse in high-volume dishrooms. From plates and glassware to sheet pans, it keeps throughput moving.
Operators gain fingertip control via touch screen controls with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and SmartConnect App connectivity. Capless wash arms, pumped rinse, and an NSF Pot & Pan mode address daily loads and heavier soil. Insulated hinged doors round out the design.
Drain Water Energy Recovery with a factory-installed drain water tempering kit is integrated for effective operation. Complete Delime with Booster Guard supports routine maintenance and cleanliness. Free factory startup is included for installations within 100 miles of a Hobart service office; installations beyond 100 miles are billed at the local Hobart service office’s quoted rate.
