Drive high-volume slicing with the Hobart HS7-1R automatic heavy duty meat slicer. Its 13" CleanCut removable knife and 1/2 hp motor deliver smooth, consistent cuts for deli meats, cheeses, and roasts. Choose from three stroke lengths and four stroke speeds to match product size and throughput.
Speed changeovers and cleaning with the removable meat grip assembly, removable ring guard cover, product fence, and a manual lift lever. The single-action, top-mounted sharpener with Borazon stones keeps the blade ready between batches without slowing your line. A burnished finish and cleaning kickstand make end-of-shift sanitation more efficient.
Built for busy kitchens and commissaries, this automatic food slicer supports back-of-house prep, deli service, and catering production.
