The Hobart LXNH-30 undercounter dishwasher delivers high-temperature sanitizing performance in a compact footprint that supports fast-paced kitchens. Process up to 32 racks per hour, or boost capacity to 48 racks per hour with the optional second level rack. A fresh water rinse uses just 0.62 gallons per rack to help balance performance and resource management.
Streamline workflow with smart touchscreen controls and SmartConnect™ app visibility, while built-in service diagnostics help speed troubleshooting. Auto chemical priming simplifies start-up, and the integrated detergent and rinse aid pump maintains consistent results.
