A 17" door opening and three selectable cycles handle mixed wares at 30, 24, or 13 racks per hour, and an optional two-level rack lifts capacity to 48 racks per hour. High temperature sanitizing delivers reliable results.
Conserve resources without compromising performance. The Fresh Water Rinse uses just 0.62 gal per rack, while steam elimination and energy recovery help manage heat and vapor in the dishroom. It carries cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR credentials.
