Accelerate your packaging line with the Hobart NGW2-LS2RL automatic wrapping system. Its right-to-left operation aligns with existing production flow, while the integrated scale and label applier combines weighing, wrapping, and labeling in a single pass to streamline work.
Two film rolls support continuous operation and output up to 30 packages per minute, keeping your wrap station moving during peak periods. The system handles packages up to 10" W x 15" D x 6" H and applies labels up to 3" x 4" for clean, consistent presentation.
Dual-range weighing delivers precise results at 12 lb x .005 lb and 30 lb x .01 lb for accurate portioning and pricing. Two-way communication enables remote diagnostics and monitoring to help minimize downtime. Powered by 220V/60/1-ph at 20 amps and UL listed, it connects easily to common electrical service.
