The Hobart PW20N-ADV-1 Advansys™ ventless pot, pan, and utensil washer speeds cleanup for high-volume kitchens. Its front-loading, split-door design handles up to 13 racks per hour with capacity for 20 sheet pans. An efficient 2.35 gallons per rack keeps water use in check.
User-friendly smart touchscreen controls, plus Wi‑Fi connectivity with the SmartConnect app, streamline monitoring and cycle selection.
