Choose 2, 4, or 6 minute cycles to handle up to 20 racks per hour using just 1.2 gallons per rack, then sanitize at high temperature with the Sense-A-Temp™ 70° rise booster.
Guide staff with user-friendly smart touchscreen controls and monitor performance via Wi‑Fi and the SmartConnect app. X‑shaped interchangeable wash arms deliver thorough coverage across mixed loads, while pumped rinse and pumped drain help maintain consistent results.
Load as many as 20 sheet pans or combine pots, trays, and utensils using the included flat grid, tray rack, and flat bottom rack. Stainless steel construction and vent fan control support reliable operation in busy kitchens and help manage heat and moisture around the warewashing zone.
