Keep critical ingredients cold and frozen in one footprint with the Hoshizaki DT1A-HS Steelheart Series reach-in. This one-section dual temp refrigerator/freezer pairs a top-mounted, self-contained system with stainless steel construction for busy commercial kitchens.
Split storage between a 10.19 cu. ft. refrigerator and a 10.19 cu. ft. freezer to streamline prep, line, and backup tasks. Two half-height, right-hinged doors with locks provide targeted access, while digital temperature controls and bright LED lighting support quick checks on product.
Adjust the three epoxy-coated shelves to fit pans or bulk containers, then roll the cabinet on 4-inch heavy-duty casters for fast cleaning or layout changes. Use it to chill produce and sauces in the refrigerator while keeping frozen proteins, desserts, or par-baked items ready in the freezer—ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries.
