The Hoshizaki EUR27A undercounter refrigerator brings 6.33 cu. ft. of reach-in cold storage to tight prep lines. At 27 inches wide, it tucks beneath worktops to keep backups and garnishes within arm’s reach. Self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration conserves space at the front of the unit.
Built for daily service, this refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior (front, sides, top) and a stainless interior floor paired with aluminum interior front, sides, and top. A solid hinged door and an adjustable shelf support organized storage of pans, bottles, and prep items.
Four 4-inch casters, two with brakes, let staff reposition the unit for cleaning or line changes. ENERGY STAR® certification and R290 refrigerant help support energy-conscious operations, while the NEMA 5-15P plug enables straightforward plug-in setup.
