The Hoshizaki F-1501MWJ ice maker flake-style delivers high-volume, consistent flake ice to keep service moving. This 30-inch-wide, water-cooled unit produces up to 1,624 lb per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, with an AHRI-certified 1,410 lb at 90°F/70°F.
Flake ice conforms to pans and product, making it excellent for seafood displays, salad bars, and chilled ingredient stations. Preserve delicate items and present merchandise attractively while keeping prep lines stocked with ready-to-use ice.
Advanced CleanCycle24 supports routine rinsing to help maintain cleaner ice-making surfaces over time. The F-1501MWJ uses R-404A refrigerant and runs on 208–230V/60/1, giving operators a reliable, high-capacity solution for demanding kitchens.
