Its 23.1 cu. ft. one-section cabinet, full-height hinged glass door, and bright LED lighting help teams verify stock instantly and keep workflows moving. The top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is built for steady, reliable performance in busy kitchens.
Maintain precise holding with the digital temperature display and controls, while audible and visual alarms alert staff to variances. A stainless steel interior and stainless front and sides stand up to daily use and streamline cleaning. Three epoxy-coated wire shelves provide organized storage for pans, boxes, and prep batches.
Position the unit where you need it and lock it in place using the 4" casters with two brakes. The 3/4 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug. Ideal for production lines, bakery prep, and quick visual checks in commissaries or high-volume
