Elevate hot holding and service flow with the Steelheart® heated cabinet pass-thru. An interior, top-mounted heating element with a fan circulates heat for consistent cabinet temperatures, while a solid state digital controller with temperature alarms and LED display keeps operators in command. Energy efficient multi-pane, argon-filled glass doors enhance visibility and include locks for product security, and the self-closing, stay open feature streamlines loading during busy periods.
Built for demanding environments, it features a stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior, with a coated steel back and bottom. Three epoxy coated wire shelves adjust in 1" increments, and 4" casters simplify cleaning and repositioning. Sized at 27.5"W x 35.75"D x 79.5"H, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 15 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and carries ENERGY STAR, cETLus, ETL Sanitation, and UL listings for dependable performance for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility
