Dial in consistent holding with the solid state digital controller, while the LED display and temperature alarm deliver at-a-glance monitoring. Stage roasted vegetables, sauces, or plated items so cooks and servers can pull hot product without waiting on the line.
Four-inch casters make repositioning effortless for cleaning or reconfiguring the cookline, and the stainless interior wipes down quickly between services. Three shelves sized 21.25" x 30.75" organize batches and keep pans accessible from either side. Listed cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, UL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® to support efficiency and compliance.
