Product Description
The Steelheart® heated cabinet, pass-thru, pairs an interior top-mounted heating element and circulating fan for heat circulation. A solid state digital controller features temperature alarms and an LED display for monitoring during operation. It is built with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior, along with a coated steel back and bottom.
Energy efficient multi-pane argon-filled glass doors with locks are self-closing with a stay open feature. Three epoxy coated wire shelves adjust in 1-inch increments, and the cabinet includes 4-inch casters for mobility. Measuring 27.5 inches wide by 35.75 inches deep by 79.5 inches high, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 15 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and is ENERGY STAR certified with cETLus, ETL Sanitation, and UL listings.
