The Steelheart heated cabinet delivers dependable holding performance in a two-section footprint measuring 55"W x 35.75"D x 79.5"H, including 4" casters for easy mobility. Full glass doors showcase contents while energy efficient LED lighting and a solid state digital control with temperature alarms and LED display keep staff informed at a glance. An interior, top-mounted heating element with fan and heat shield supports consistent cabinet conditions across both sections.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top, with a coated steel back and bottom for durability. Cabinet and doors are insulated with 2-3/8" CFC-free foamed polyurethane, plus self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, magnetic snap-in gaskets, stainless steel hinge plates with welded hinge pins, and standard door locks streamline workflow.
