Product Description
The Steelheart heated cabinet offers controlled holding in a 55"W x 33.5"D x 79.5"H, two-section footprint. An interior top-mounted heating element with fan works with a solid state digital controller featuring temperature alarms and an LED display to maintain setpoints. Full glass, field reversible, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature and an energy efficient interior LED light support visibility and streamlined workflow.
Built for durability and efficiency, it pairs stainless steel front, sides, top, and interior with a coated steel exterior back and bottom, plus 2-3/8" CFC-free foam insulation. Six epoxy-coated wire shelves adjustable in 1" increments, including three center shelves, adapt to changing menus, while 4" polyolefin casters simplify mobility. Electrical specs include 208-230v/60/1-ph on a 20A L14-20P connection with 208-254v operating range, 9A (208v)/10A (230v), a 45°–100°F ambient rating, and a 140°–180°F setpoint range, with ENERGY STAR, cETLus, ETL Sa
