Product Description
Keep dishes hot and service moving with the Steelheart heated cabinet, a two-section unit built for busy kitchens. An interior top-mounted heating element with fan pairs with a solid state digital controller with temperature alarms and an LED display to deliver precise holding at 140°–180°F setpoints. Rated for 45°–100°F ambient conditions, its energy efficient interior LED light supports quick checks without slowing the line.
Sized at 55"W x 33.5"D x 79.5"H, the cabinet includes six epoxy-coated wire shelves adjustable in 1" increments, including three center shelves, plus self-closing doors with a stay-open feature and field reversible half glass doors for flexible placement. Durable construction features 2-3/8" CFC-free foam insulation, stainless steel front/sides/top and interior, and a coated steel back and bottom, riding on 4" polyolefin casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility.
