Product Description
Built for busy kitchens, the Hoshizaki Steelheart heated cabinet (model HC2A-HGE-HGE) streamlines hot holding and product visibility. This two-section unit with half glass doors measures 55"W x 35.75"D x 79.5"H including 4" casters, and uses an interior top-mounted heating element with fan and heat shield to maintain even conditions. Energy efficient LED lighting illuminates contents, while a stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top pair with a coated steel back and bottom for durability.
A solid state digital control with temperature alarms and an LED display provides precise oversight, and 2-3/8" CFC-free foamed polyurethane insulates the cabinet and doors. Self-closing doors with a stay open feature, a stainless steel hinge plate with welded hinge pin, standard door locks, and stainless steel shelf supports with adjustable epoxy-coated shelves support organized, efficient service. Electrical specs are 208-230v/60/1-ph and 20 amps with a NEMA L14-20P plug,
