Power high-volume service with the Hoshizaki KM-1900SRJZ, a commercial ice maker, cube-style built for peak demand. It produces up to 1933 lb per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F and is AHRI certified at 1700 lb at 90°F/70°F, using an air-cooled system with a remote condenser.
Deliver consistent crescent cubes that load beverage bins cleanly and present well on self-serve lines and catering displays. Ideal for hotels, stadiums, commissaries, and large restaurant groups that need dependable, round-the-clock output.
A stainless steel finish withstands busy back-of-house environments, while H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection supports sanitary operation. ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency. Remote condenser is priced separately; always pair “Z” model ice machines with the matching “Z” model remote condenser and supply 208–230V/60/1 power (15.9 A).
