The Hoshizaki KMD-505MAJ helps chefs and operators keep service moving with a 30-inch-wide, air-cooled, self-contained cube-style ice maker. It fits neatly into busy production areas while delivering reliable crescent cubes for beverage stations and prep.
Produce up to 500 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F ambient/50°F water, with an AHRI certified 351 lb/24 hours at 90°F/70°F for dependable output in warmer conditions. Support peak demand for cocktail service, iced tea, buffets, and cold food displays without slowing workflow.
A stainless steel finish provides a professional look suited to front- and back-of-house applications. Powered by 115v/60/1-ph at 10.7 amps and charged with R-404A refrigerant, the unit is NSF and UL listed to meet sanitation and safety standards.
