The Hoshizaki KMD-860MAJ is a cube-style ice maker engineered for high-volume beverage programs and busy kitchens. Its air-cooled, self-contained condenser and 30-inch-wide footprint help integrate the machine into back-of-house or bar layouts. Deliver up to 855 lb of ice per day at 70°F/50°F, with 665 lb AHRI-certified production at 90°F/70°F.
Crescent cube ice supports consistent portioning and clean presentation for cocktails, iced coffee, and banquet service. Keep pace during peak periods in restaurants, hotels, arenas, or corporate dining without interrupting workflow.
A stainless steel finish withstands daily use and simplifies cleaning. Powered at 208–230v/60/1-ph and drawing 9.9 amps, this unit uses R-404A refrigerant and meets NSF and UL standards for professional kitchens.
