The Hoshizaki KMD-860MRJZ is a 30-inch, air-cooled, remote-condenser commercial ice machine built for high-volume crescent cube production. It delivers up to 967 lb per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, and 850 lb per 24 hours AHRI certified at 90°F/70°F to keep pace with peak beverage and prep demands.
Remote condenser installation relocates heat away from prep and service areas to support steady output (condenser priced separately). A stainless steel finish withstands daily use, while H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent adds sanitation support on key components.
Ideal for restaurants, hotels, commissaries, and beverage programs, this cube-style ice maker integrates easily into back-of-house workflows and dispensers. It operates on 208–230v/60/1 at 12.5 amps and carries NSF and UL listings. Always pair this “Z” model ice machine with a matching Hoshizaki “Z” model remote condenser.
