The 1/2" white polyethylene cutting board creates a sturdy, sanitary make surface right where you need it.
Stage backup ingredients in four base drawers to speed refills during rushes and maintain a clean, uncluttered workspace. The stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top withstand heavy-duty use and simplify wipe-downs between shifts. Self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system helps maintain cold holding for food safety.
