The rail holds nine 1/3-size pans, with pans and adapter bars included for fast changeouts and organized mise en place. A 1/2-inch white polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, sanitary work surface for stretching dough and topping pies.
Optimize cold storage below with a one-section, 19.29 cu. ft. base featuring one solid hinged door and two drawers. Each drawer accommodates two 12 inch x 20 inch x 6 inch pans (pans by others), ideal for sauces, cheese, or prepped proteins.
