Engineered for busy make lines, the Hoshizaki PR93B-D2 pizza prep table helps chefs stage, assemble, and serve with speed. Its one-section, 29.3 cu. ft. refrigerated base combines two solid doors and two drawers to organize bulk items and frequently used toppings. Up top, the rail holds twelve 1/3-size pans, with pans and adapter bars included to start service without delay.
Maintain reliable cold holding with self-contained refrigeration using R290 and a 1/3 HP compressor. A 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board delivers a sturdy, easy-to-clean work surface for building pies, calzones, or flatbreads.
