A 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, easy-clean prep surface for consistent, efficient make-line work.
Streamline workflow with a practical base layout featuring one solid hinged door and four drawers, each sized to hold two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans by others). Stage backup ingredients or dough below while the rail feeds the rush up top, minimizing steps and keeping service moving. Stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top enhance durability and simplify sanitation between shifts.
