Streamline assembly on the 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board while the rail organizes ingredients in (9) 1/3-size pans—pans and adapter bars included for immediate setup. A stainless steel interior and stainless front, sides, and top support rigorous cleaning routines and maintain a professional presentation on the cookline.
