The Hoshizaki Steelheart PR93B pizza prep table helps chefs and foodservice teams move efficiently through peak periods with a three-section reach-in base and 29.3 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage. Stage dough, sauces, and backup toppings below while you assemble pies on the expansive 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board.
Keep ingredients organized and accessible with a (12) 1/3-size pan layout—pans and adapter bars are included—so your make line stays stocked and streamlined. Two adjustable shelves per section let you tailor storage for bulk containers, deli tubs, and sheet pans.
Built for daily commercial use, this unit features a stainless steel interior plus stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top. A self-contained R290 refrigeration system with a 1/2 HP compressor and NEMA 5-15P plug supports reliable cold holding, and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings provide added confidence for buyers and facility managers.
