Streamline cold storage and service flow with the Hoshizaki Steelheart PT1A-HS-HS pass-thru refrigerator. This one-section, 24.2 cu. ft. unit allows staff to load from the prep side and pull from the line, keeping ingredients moving efficiently between back-of-house and front-of-house. A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system helps protect the evaporator from floor-level debris while maximizing usable interior space.
Organize product easily with three epoxy-coated wire shelves and bright LED interior lighting that makes labels readable at a glance. Two half-height, solid right-hinged doors on each side offer access to upper and lower storage areas, supporting product rotation and quick grabs during peak periods. Digital temperature display and controls provide clear monitoring for consistent holding.
Built for demanding kitchens, the cabinet features a stainless steel interior and a stainless steel front, sides, and top for durability and simplified cleaning.
