Streamline cold storage and service flow with the Hoshizaki Steelheart Series PT2A-FG-FG pass-thru refrigerator. This two-section, 52.5 cu. ft. cabinet lets prep staff load product from the back while cooks or servers retrieve from the front, reducing steps during peak periods. Place it between a prep room and cookline, or use it to bridge BOH and FOH for grab-and-go.
Showcase contents behind two full-height hinged glass doors illuminated by LED interior lighting, helping crews spot items quickly. Digital temperature display and controls keep set points at a glance for consistent holding. Six epoxy-coated wire shelves support pans, boxes, and ingredients with long-lasting durability.
