Streamline cold storage and service flow with the Hoshizaki Steelheart PT2A-FS-FS pass-thru refrigerator. The two-section, 52.5 cu. ft. layout lets your team load product from the prep side and pull from the cookline or plating station, minimizing steps during peak periods. A top-mounted, self-contained system with R290 refrigerant and 1/2 HP drives the refrigeration.
Organize ingredients on six epoxy-coated wire shelves behind two full-height solid hinged doors. LED interior lighting brightens the cabinet, while a digital temperature display and controls support quick checks and adjustments at a glance.
Built for demanding kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top. Four 4-inch casters, including two with brakes, make it easy to roll into place for cleaning or service. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings help satisfy safety and sanitation requirements.
