Optimize flow between prep and service with the Hoshizaki PT2A-HS-HS Steelheart pass-thru refrigerator. Through-cabinet access supports efficient handoffs and helps keep tickets moving.
A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant drive consistent holding, while the digital temperature display/controls simplify monitoring. LED interior lighting speeds product identification. With 52.5 cu. ft. across two sections, it supports high-volume mise en place and batch prep.
Durable stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top stand up to daily use. Six epoxy coated wire shelves and four half-height solid hinged doors promote organized loading with minimal open-door time. Position the unit easily on 4-inch casters, two with brakes.
