This 23.1 cu. ft., one-section unit pairs a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with a full-height hinged glass door to keep ingredients accessible and easy to see. Organize prepped pans, garnishes, and beverage bottles on the three epoxy-coated wire shelves. Digital temperature display and controls make monitoring straightforward for chefs and facility managers during service and changeovers.
