Outfit your line with the Hoshizaki Steelheart R1A-HG reach-in refrigerator, a one-section, 23.10 cu. ft. solution for organized cold storage. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system supports consistent holding across shifts.
Two half-height hinged glass doors and bright LED interior lighting present contents clearly for quick checks during service. Digital temperature display/controls make setpoint verification straightforward for chefs and managers.
Store prep pans and bulk ingredients on three epoxy-coated wire shelves inside a stainless steel interior with stainless steel front and sides for durable, easy wipe-downs. Move the cabinet as needed on four 4-inch heavy-duty casters, two with brakes, to clean under and around equipment.
