Stock bulk ingredients, proteins, and backups across six epoxy-coated wire shelves, illuminated by bright LED lighting for quick picks during rushes. Digital temperature display and controls let chefs verify settings at a glance and make fast adjustments as menus evolve. Full-height solid hinged doors help maintain cabinet conditions between pulls.
