Organize 79.03 cu. ft. of capacity across nine adjustable shelves to fit bulk ingredients, hotel pans, or prep containers. The stainless steel interior and exterior (front and sides) stand up to daily cleaning and heavy traffic while maintaining a professional look for back-of-house and production areas. Standard-depth sizing integrates smoothly into existing layouts.
