Roll in racks up to 72" high using the integral stainless steel ramp and floor to stage sheet pans, plated meals, or bulk ingredients. Two full-height, solid right-hinged doors with locks help safeguard product during prep, holding, and overnight storage.
Monitor and adjust cabinet conditions at a glance with the digital temperature display and controls, while LED interior lighting improves visibility during pulls and inventory. A stainless steel interior plus stainless front, sides, and top stand up to daily cleaning in high-volume kitchens.
