Accelerate back-of-house flow with the Hoshizaki Steelheart roll-thru refrigerator engineered for high-volume production. The two-section, 78.35 cu. ft. cabinet lets you stage racks on one side and retrieve them on the other to keep prep and plating moving. A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system serves the full cabinet.
Equip your team with secure, visible storage. Four full-height solid hinged doors with locks protect contents, while LED interior lighting and a digital temperature display/controls simplify checks during busy service. A stainless steel interior plus stainless front, sides, and top stand up to daily cleaning.
Roll in up to 72-inch-high racks using the integrated stainless steel ramp and floor to streamline banquet, bakery, or trayline workflows. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1 HP refrigeration system support institutional kitchens and high-volume operations that depend on pass-through cold storage.
