The Hoshizaki SR27B-12M Steelheart Series maximizes a 27-inch footprint to streamline sandwich and salad production. Stage fresh toppings in the top rail with the included twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, protected by a hinged stainless top cover. Prep and plate efficiently on the 10-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board.
Built for busy lines, this one-section reach-in features a stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top cover for durability and cleanability. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor supports consistent, reliable operation during rush periods.
