This 27-inch, one-section unit pairs a 7.21 cu. ft. refrigerated base with a top rail that holds twelve 1/6 pans up to 6 inches deep. Prep and plate on the included 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board.
Two drawers streamline restocking while you work the line. The self-contained, rear-mounted system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor for consistent chilling. A stainless steel interior and stainless front, sides, and hinged top cover stand up to daily kitchen demands.
Roll it into place on four 6-inch casters, then lock two brakes for a steady prep station. Use the adapter bars to configure pans to your menu and keep high-volume salad and sandwich service moving.
