Streamline make-lines with the Hoshizaki SR27B-8 Steelheart Series sandwich top refrigerator. Its 27-inch footprint puts chilled ingredients and a 10-inch-deep cutting board within arm’s reach, while the top rail accommodates eight 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep) with a 6-inch maximum pan depth. The 7.21 cu. ft. base stores bulk backups behind a solid hinged door.
Stage and prep efficiently under the stainless hinged top cover, then access the base with an adjustable shelf to organize containers and condiments. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to busy kitchens and wipe down quickly. Four 6-inch casters, two with brakes, let you position the unit for service or cleaning.
