Engineered for busy prep lines, the Hoshizaki SR36B-10 Steelheart Series sandwich top refrigerator streamlines make-line workflows in a compact 36-inch footprint. Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration helps keep the work zone clear while maintaining cold holding across a 9.9 cu. ft. base.
Stage and assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps with (10) included 1/6 pans (4" deep) in the top rail, which accommodates up to 6" pan depth. Slice and build on the 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, and reconfigure layouts with the full set of adapter bars. The solid hinged door and adjustable shelf organize backup product for fast replenishment.
Durable stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and top stand up to daily cleaning. Move the unit easily on (4) 6" casters, then lock it in place with brakes on two. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a 1/6 HP system, and cETLus/ETL-Sanitation listings support professional
