The Hoshizaki SR48B-12 Steelheart sandwich prep table streamlines make-line workflows for high-volume kitchens. Its 48-inch width and 13.66 cu. ft. two-section base keep ingredients organized and close to the action. A self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with hot gas condensate removal.
Set your top rail with twelve 1/6-size pans (4 in. deep) and configure layouts using the included adapter bars. Prep directly on the 10 in. deep, 1/2 in. thick white polyethylene cutting board while restocking from the stainless interior below. Two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves help stage backups efficiently.
Durable stainless steel surfaces and 6 in. casters (two with brakes) support daily cleaning and mobility. Ideal for sandwich lines, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens seeking efficient, presentation-ready assembly.
