Optimize your line with the Hoshizaki SR48B-12D2, a 48-inch, two-section sandwich top refrigerator designed to keep ingredients organized and within reach. Configure bulk storage behind a single door with an adjustable shelf while staging high-volume essentials in two drawers. The full-length prep rail accelerates assembly for sandwiches, salads, and wraps during peak service.
Load the top with twelve included 1/6-size pans (4" deep) and accommodate up to 6" pan depth in the rail and drawers for added flexibility. A 10" deep, 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board and hinged stainless top cover support clean, efficient prep and close to protect product. Durable stainless steel interior plus stainless front and sides stand up to daily use.
