The Hoshizaki Steelheart Series SR48B-12D4 sandwich top refrigerator streamlines make-line production for high-volume kitchens. This 48-inch, two-section drawer model arrives with twelve 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep) so your most-used ingredients are ready to go. With 13.66 cu. ft. of cold storage in four drawers, it keeps proteins and toppings organized within arm’s reach.
Speed up assembly on the 10-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board while adapter bars let you tailor the rail layout. Drawers and top rail accept pans up to a 6-inch maximum depth, supporting menu shifts from breakfast to late-night. Built with a stainless steel interior and stainless exterior front, sides, and hinged top cover for long-lasting durability.
